The iXperience interns who worked with us got exposed to a wide range of expertise: communications; project management, business development; pipeline management; raising finance for energy projects; how to conduct research in African countries such as Malawi; understanding the bank system in South Africa and working familiarity with Slack and PipeDrive. Learning negotiation skills from our MD, especially verbal negotiation, was good experience for them.
